(B) those who dispose or service

(E) someone who disposes or repairs

Anyone...must capture--

Those must capture - those refering to what ?

C- awaked

D- correct- disposal of

E-someone..must

Dispose of is the correct idiom. I also think that dispose or services is not going with refigerators.

I went for E, but someone does not convey the correct meaning. D and C are out of question.

It is either A or B.

The answer says A.
I imagine B is incorrect because "those" is a pronoun and it has no antecedent.

becuase "dispose of " is the correct idiom.

this can help out clearly:
"Dispose of" means "to get rid of" --> dispose of the land.
"dispose" (without of) means "to arrange" --> dispose the cattle inside the fence.

IT can not be D. "the disposal or repair of" can not be the subject of "must capture the chlorofluorocarbons in the refrigerant chemicals."

I also go for A
