Hi Kira. very interesting question and it was useful for me, as for non navite speaker. let me share my findings First of all, let's clarify the difference between dispose and dispose of dispose means to expose, arrange dispose of - one of the meaning is get rid of something, utilize something (that is the meaning required in our sentence)
A) anyone disposing of or servicing (the right form is dispose of ) B) those who dispose or service (changes the meaning, disposing it self is not dangerous and there is no need in chloroflouro carbons) C) anyone disposing of or who services (parallelism prob.) D) the disposal or repair of (lack of subject) E) someone who disposes or repairs (b prob + someone whois redundant)
