Background, spent a month studying for 2-3 hours a day using;

Manhattan SCGMATCLUB Tests
(I would really recommend the tests on this website, for anyone struggling with the quant section)
Just sat the GMAT for the first time and score a 640. I was aiming for a around a 680 on the first try, but the verbal section went worse then I expected (Q44:V33). I'm schedule to take the test again in a month and would like any advice that you are willing to give.
This time around, the test went fine until I was hit with an enormous RC question that took far too long and resulted in not having nearly enough time to for the rest of the questions. Even with that I felt lost on some of the verbal questions and didn't encounter the typical SC questions where there was a clear pronoun/tense/plurality issue to discard options like I had done in mocks. In general I felt let down by my verbal expirence beyond the score, I felt like I was guessing rather then answering the questions in some cases.
As it pertains to the future, I look forward to getting back on the waggon and would like any advice on what you have found to help your verbal score overall. Also, I'm pretty consistent in the quant section, but with a month ahead what would you recommend to get over the 45 level.
Thanks in advance.
