I'd say E:

(A) Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals in her home, they featured >> "they" should be "that", or a start of a new sentence.

(B) Festivals were held in Aho, a Kiowa matriarch’s home, which featured >> implies that Aho is the name of the matriarch's home, rather than the name of the matriach.

(C) Aho, who was a Kiowa matriarch in her home, held festivals featuring >> "in her home" is misplaced. Currently it's implying that Aho was a matriach in her home, not that she held festivals in her home.

(D) In her home, Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals that featured >> "In her home" is misplaced. It should be near "festivals" since that's what it's modifying.

(E) Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals in her home that featured
>> best of the choices

I also choose 'E'.

The official answer seems to be D :?

D.

Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals in her home, they featured the preparation of great quantities of ceremonial food, the wearing of many layers of colorful clothing adorned with silver, and the recounting of traditional tribal jokes and stories.

(A) Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals in her home, they featured
Runon sentence.

(B) Festivals were held in Aho, a Kiowa matriarch’s home, which featured
Aho is not home.

(C) Aho, who was a Kiowa matriarch in her home, held festivals featuring
matriarch in her home? distorts meaning.

(D) In her home, Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals that featured
Keep.

(E) Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals in her home that featured
that featured.....here modifying "her home". incorrect.

It's between D and E.
D is correct. In E 'that featured' is modifying 'home' which is not correct.

So I am going along with D.
