Although grammatically correct, here we have 2 independent sentences joined by a comma, instead of semicolon or some other connector. So this creates a run on sentence and wrong.
B. Festivals were held in Aho, a Kiowa matriarchs home, which featured
This sentences implies "home" featured the preparation, while logical intention is that festival featured preparation.
C. Aho, who was a Kiowa matriarch in her home, held festivals featuring
This sentence implies Aho is Kiowa matriarch only in her home and outside home she is something else.
D. In her home, Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals that featured
Correct Choice.
E. Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals in her home that featured
This sentences implies "home" featured the preparation, while logical intention is that festival featured preparation.

Abhijit, I agree, it should be D; it is the festivals that featured and not home.... This is the reason, one shouldn't answer questions when in a meetting (at work)
