I was wondering how competitive I am for the programs below and what I need to work on, application wise? Thanks!!!

Your GPA seems strong enough to eliminate any doubts that your good but not spectacular GMAT score might raise. Probably you don't need to retake. Your title and responsibility level is a big asset, but the lack of team leadership is a significant negative at the top schools, especially in that it is not compensated for by leadership extracurricularly (though your community involvement track record appears to be nothing to sneeze at). So I would say that HBS is not possible and that you are under-competitive at all of the other schools except NYU Stern. Your essays need to emphasize your leadership and impact as much as possible, accentuate what's distinctive about your life experiences (i.e., across the board, including personal, travel, etc.), and project an engaging tone and mature, focused goals. Convince them that your leadership is deeper than it appears.
