Has LBS released deadlines for the 2016-17 applications?

FORE School of Management, the New Delhi based premium Management School, has announced the applications for the upcoming 2017-19 session. The courses on offer are Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Management (PGDM – IB). The last date for submitting the applications is December 22, 2016. CAT, XAT GMAT (the GMAT examination should have been taken on or after January 1, 2015 and January 10, 2017) score is apparently the primary benchmark for selection but in order to make it more open for the students, along with the cut-offs, weightage is distributed to other skill sets and great deal of emphasis is given towards profiling emotional quotient and cognitive abilities.

Does the GMAT need to be submitted at the time of R1 deadline, or can it be submitted a few months later?

Hi,
At most programs you need to report your unofficial GMAT score in your application, and have your official score sent to the school. Your offical score can arrive to the school after the deadline, but you must have your unofficial score (meaning, to take the test) before the deadline.

Can you clarify something please. If I'm just starting with GMAT prep, and haven't yet done anything else (i.e. haven't looked at schools etc), then what semester am I looking at? Fall 2018?

Do most schools have a Spring (Jan) start class? I can't tell from the websites.
