It is an oversimplified view of cattle raising to say that all one has to do with cattle is leave them alone while they feed themselves, corral them and to drive them to market when the time is ripe
I don't have OA for this one.... so together lets come up with one
a) all one has to do with cattle is leave them alone while they feed themselves, corral them, and to
all one has to do with cattle is to leave them alone to feed themselves, to corral them, and
c) all one has to do with cattle is leave them alone while they feed themselves and then corral them and
d) the only thing that has to be done with cattle is leave them alone while they feed themselves, corral them, and
e) the only thing that has to be done with cattle is to leave them alone while they feed themselves, to corral them, and

D.
Ananlysis.
A - "to" is missing for the first two actions
B - "to" is missing for the third action
C - "then corral them" - then is not necessary
E - "to" is missing for the last action
Though I am not happy with the not using "to" at all in D, other places wherever "to" is used, is used wrongly. So I would assume it is okay not to use "to" at all.

"To" may be left out in similar cases only in informal speech, otherwise it's mandatory. Therefore, A, C, and D are immediately out. E is wrong because leaving the cattle alone, corralling them, driving them to market are three distinct actions, not "the only thing." Besides, active voice is always preferable to passive voice. B is concise and grammatically correct.
P.S. "To" is not missing for the third action; it's right there, in the part that's constant.

choice A ends with "to" so it is not part of the fixed part.So I guess B cannot be right , "to" is missing at the end.

Hmmm... Frankly I didn't notice. Anyways I still stand by my explanation.
Praveen, could you please underline what needs to be checked.
P.S. Gotta get some sleep, it's 3:22 in the morning.

Thanks Paul. I did miss that "to." However, the following is true and I hope this is not a GMAT question:
"To" may be left out in similar cases only in informal speech, otherwise it's mandatory.
