IMO C..
B is not the best as it says "There have been many reported incidences of people who have been scalded by liquids superheated in microwave ovens."....
bt according to argument these incidents are rare....so cant be best ans to support...

In B...one thing to note to eliminate is the option say - many blah blah..but the QS states "few"
We cannot miss this.
C - re-emphasizes the conclusion.

C is the right answer. If it is TRUE that absolute safety should be the sole standardization criterion, then advocate's argument is enhanced greatly. Cheers, Der alte Fritz.
