Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your background. Based on the information you provided, I would I would consider INSEAD a stretch for this year recommend you wait until you have more solid data points before you apply. At the moment, it sounds as though there is a lot potential for a good profile, but many things haven't yet come into fruition. If your GPA is in bad shape, you are taking the right steps by taking classes and building an alternative transcript. To further compensate for your low GPA, you should aim to beat the average score - somewhere between 720 and 740. Your experience to date is decent, but nothing really stands out. You demonstrated some key skills - analytical skills and effective communication, but what was your level of responsibility/accountability? Have you shown any progression in your career (i.e. promotions?) Did you lead any significant initiatives or projects? Your recent offer, while nice, won't play a role in your application. Another point of consideration should be your involvement to date. I noticed you didn't include any examples. Keep in mind this is also another point of differentiation for candidates. Hope this information helps. Best of luck on your upcoming GMAT!
