I think there may be a distinction between 'efficiency in' and 'efficiency of'. But I can't put my finger on it. Can somebody explain the difference (if any)?

A - best choice
B - not parallel
C - 'boosts is wrong' --> supply and lowering prices is compound noun
D - 'lenthgy and awkward phrasing'
E - 'when....' is awkward
