I think it is D.
the use of such as is not proper here.
Also C as well might be answer. but all is redundant.

my take is on D. whenever seems to be more appropriate then if.

I do not know whether this is right, but the answer in SC 1000 is E.

D seems most concise and idiomatic.


E is the answer.
D has 'each' which requires 'broadcasts' as the verb.
