E looks correct

A) each of xxx - vern should be singular therefore broadcasts

B) Wordy

C) Awkward

D) same as A

E) Correct use of subject-verb, if each follows a subject, as in here -each is after the subject "three major networks" then each has no bearing on the sentence.
