E is not parallel .. "to X ...to Y "...format is required ..which is missing in option E . hope that helps !! My best on C.

In C, "support of" is wrong. At the very least, you need "the support of"

I agree with parallelism but does it confirm the clarity? "among the first of Britain’s national museums" does it mean that "Victoria and Albert Museum" is not the ONLY first. Other "first" museums are there and "Victoria and Albert Museum" is one of them??
