B. about 77 percent of the intake of salt even on the part of Americans who sprinkle liberally will come correct but wordy compared to choice C
C. even Americans who sprinkle liberally derive about 77 percent of their salt Correct
D. even Americans sprinkling liberally should derive about 77 percent of their salt should derive - wrong - it should be just derive
E. even sprinkling liberally, about 77 percent of the American intake of salt comesgrammatically sounds weird - that even sprinkling liberally

A. awkward arrangement of words- even with...liberally- between the phrase, hence Incorrect
B. since it is a fact, hence use of "will" is Incorrect
C. No rules broken, hence correct
D. same as B, use of should is Incorrect. Also, the action of sprinkling should be used in simple present, not in continuous tense
E. same as D

the intent : comparison bxn excessive sprinkling and Minimal sprinkling

based on this : A & B can be chopped off

now E : American Intake of salt.......what does this mean... Some special form of intake or what : for me its a Red Flag : Eliminated

bxn C&D :

D : X sprinkling liberally...................................should derive

C : X who sprinkle liberally...............................derive

which one would u zone in on...... Guess C ( keeping aside grammar rules/ subjunctive/tense etc )...... For its short, sweet, and clear.
