B) is best but its poorly constructed. i dont think that i would appear in gmat. i mean "which" usually refers to the noun it preceds. here the noun is "richard nixon". isnt this a "misplaced modifier" ? but there is no other choice...

I would have clicked on 'B'.

I got confused on this one. None of the answers seem proper,
'which' is at wrong place in 'B'.

Am I missing something???
