I guess which refers to hearings.....

I agree with Jerry, and IMO, which does refer to hearings on impeachement. So B is the best one here

in D, "then also later" sounds bit awkward.

"which" reference is wrong.B Although she ......, Barbara Jordan ....,... hearings .... whichI guess which refers to hearings..... can anyone clarify ? which clearly refers to whole phrase , if you see the word followed which - it is were ; Richard Nixon cannot use a plural tense ! Therefore, "which" refers to the hearings in both B and C . hope that helps ! Thanks, Ankit
