Nothing wrong with A.
I think there is typo ("wood" should be "wood products" in B). But even with that correction, I will go with A.

I pick A. the "it" is referring to improved efficiency.. so I don't think there is a problem there.
B looks tempting but the problem is with the "which boosts".
A is good because of llism

A
(A)in converting harvested trees into wood products may reduce harvest rates, it will stimulate demand by increasing supply and lowing prices, thereby boosting
OK, but wasnot sure whether "efficiency in" idiom. "It" refers to efficiency and it is right.
(B)in converting harvested trees into wood may reduce harvest rates, demand will be stimulated beacuse of increasing supply and lowering prices, which boost
out. which could refer to prices or to the stimulated demand. confusing.
(C)of converting harvested trees into wood products may reduce harvest rates, it will stimulate demand by increasing supply and lowering prices, which boosts
out. boosts not // with future tense
(D)of harvested trees being converted into wood products may reduce harvest rates, it will stimulate demand, because it will increase supply and lower prices, thereby boosting
out
(E)when harvested trees are converted into wood products may reduce harvest rates, demand will be stimulated because of increasing supply and lowering prices, which boost
out
