There’s no formula, but I do think you’d have a shot at the top 3 programs.
As you are already aware, your law school GPA is a potential concern, but I think this is not a dealbreaker.
Your main asset is your work experience. To the degree that you can, lead with your experience growing the company and co-leading an organization of 300 employees. Most applicants will not have this experience!
In terms of framing, programs will want to know that you can handle the work. It’s okay to say that you were concentrating on your business rather than law school. The only thing is: how would HBS, Stanford, or Wharton have assurance that you won’t be distracted by your business during business school?
