You can still apply to a subset of the schools you listed, but you need to mix in more schools where you'll have a better shot of getting in.
You come across as a solid candidate all around - you've done well at work, you seem to have kept busy outside of work, but you are neither blue chip (Ivy or equivalent, blue chip finance/consulting, US military) nor exceptionally accomplished in a unique way (i.e. pro athlete, professional artist, etc.) - which means Columbia, Booth, Haas and Sloan will be in the mix for you (maybe even a stretch - depending on your interpersonal/critical thinking abilities). HBS and Stanford are long shots. Apply to them if you wish, but treat them as lottery tickets.
