Am I too old for MBA? [#permalink] New post 31 Oct 2012, 10:03
Am I too old to be pursuing a MBA and my dreams?
Age -30
Female
8 years exp as an engineer in the silicon valley
Post MBA goals- general management, business development, product management

I am giving my GMAT in a few months.

Am I too old in the game now to pursue a full time MBA?
Will a part time help more?

I feel like I should have pursued all this 3 years back. I have all engineering and customer role experience and no direct management experience.

It depends where you want to apply. Aim for programs with higher average ages at matriculation and that support your goals, and you shoudl be fine. Obviously I'm assuming you are otherwise competitive and qualified.
