A it is

A maaintains parallelism ( either asking.....or thanking)
Also in this instance, aid in healing seems to be more idiomatic than aid to heal.

B and C are wrong becuase of the "either ...and"
D is wrong because aid to help is unidiomatic.

Asking her aid in healing (action) the ills rather than to heal.
