b=?

1)b+5n=390
not sufficient
n=1 b=385 and so on...

2)
\frac{(b+2n)}{3}=\frac{7}{9}b

6n=4b

b=\frac{3}{2}n

not sufficient

1+2)
b+5n=390
b=\frac{3}{2}n

b=90, n=60
sufficient, C
