\(b=?\)

1)b+5n=390
not sufficient
n=1 b=385 and so on...

2)
\(\frac{(b+2n)}{3}=\frac{7}{9}b\)

\(6n=4b\)

\(b=\frac{3}{2}n\)

not sufficient

1+2)
\(b+5n=390\)
\(b=\frac{3}{2}n\)

\(b=90, n=60\)
sufficient, C
