An investment broker handles 600 investment funds, 70% of which invest in stocks and the others in bonds. 20% of his stock funds and 70% of his bond funds are currently outperforming the market. If one of the 600 investment funds chosen at random is NOT outperforming the market, what is the probability that it is a stock fund?
