-----> looks fine

(B) it is hoped, can provide enough power that will set
------> enough....that ....is incorrect structure ---->out

(C) hopefully can provide enough power, this will set
-------> contains "hopefully" which GMAXonline says that it's spoken English and unsuitable to use in written English ----> out

(D) is hopeful to set
--------> Doesn't it eliminate a part of original sentence?

(E) hopes setting
-------> a part of sentence is eliminated? ...also , hope+ inf

A it is.

....find/found it + adjective to do sth is correct structure
-----> A, C and E stand.

E eliminates some adjectives ----> changes the original meaning ----> out
Between A and C : C is more concise and parellel.

C it is.

why E is wrong?

E is wrong because "indicate that" is idiomatic. E is wordy wheras C is short/concise.

My answers are A, C, C as well
