i take A.

its between A and B but B has a blunder. i.e. no comma before "it is hopes".

But does'nt A sound incorrect in its construction of it is hoped???

i take A.

A is right. But IMHO B is wrong not for the reason provided by Himalayan but because the "can" is too far away from the subject
