What we want to know:
Bob/Ann = ?

(1) Ann = 20 + B, plugging it into our equation we have B/(B+20) . . . we can't determine the answer from this fraction

(2) Ann = (1 + 0.10) * Bob, rearranging this . . . Bob/Ann = 1/(1+0.10) = (1/1.1) . . . Sufficient
