Date: February 09, 2015. Monday Live Q&A Session with Oxford Admissions Team

Final tip I would like to share is to make the most of opportunities like these chats and follow up discussions with myself and my colleagues. Be prepared to demonstrate that you have been proactive in your research of the programme and have had useful interactions with the School. Also, visit us here in Oxford if at all possible. It is a beautiful place. - Aidan O'Halloran (MBA Recruitment Manager, Oxford)

Live Q&A Session with UCLA Anderson Admissions Team

It is all about how you tell your story, and the reasons you want an Anderson MBA. Our candidates come from all different backgrounds, and it is important each one can answer these questions. If you are looking to stay in your area it will be important to note what you hope the MBA will bring to your skill set. Also, be very clear on goals. - Kelly Ogiba (Associate Director of Admissions, UCLA Anderson)

Date: December 09, 2014. Tuesday Live Q&A Session with Admissionado Consulting!!!

The worst career goals are the ones that are totally unrealistic. For example, we are always seeing Indian software designers who want to move into finance with no background other than a CFA level one. That's not realistic. OR we just had someone who was in fashion and wanted to move to IT, but without the skills. It just makes it seem like you don’t have a clue of how employers think. - Jon Frank (HBS Alum and Co-Founder, Admissionado)

Date: December 02, 2014. Tuesday Live Q&A Session with MBA Admit!!!

Topic: Succeeding in Round 2.

What matters most to the committee, in most cases, is to know that you are a top performer and that the people in your company think you are heading toward great success. They want to know you can be a great contributor in a business school setting. They also want to have a sense you are going to achieve great future goals. This holds regardless of what industry you are coming from or which you are going to. - Dr. Shelly Watts (Founder and Lead Consultant, MBA Admit)

Date: November 25, 2014. Tuesday Live Q&A Session with Aringo Consulting!!!

Topic: MBA Application Essay.

You really need to look at your work/personal lives objectively and capture all the important moments and reasons behind decisions at every juncture - prior to start writing essays. This will help you identify strong stories later as well as give you clarity of purpose when you write the essays. - Prasanth Ramanand (Senior Consultant, Aringo)

Date: November 18, 2014. Tuesday Live Q&A Session with Critical Square!!!

Topic: The Three Rules for Amazing Career Goals.

Admissions committees want future leaders that are going to do big things. Big things mean good things for the brand! They want applicants with drive and vision. But y'all don't have to try too hard to make your career goals ambitious but making them make sense. - Bhavik Trivedi (Managing Partner, Critical Square)

University of Washington: Michael G. Foster School of Business

A wait listed candidate can't really do much to increase chances of moving forward. If they could, it would be giving them an unfair advantage. Once an application is submitted by the deadline, we have to be fair about not letting folks continue to add to their application. - Megan Lewis (Associate Director of Admissions, Foster)

Date: November 11, 2014. Tuesday Live Q&A Session with MBA Prep School!!

The question of a "good" university really depends on your career goals and reasons for pursing an MBA. I often recommend that if you're GMAT is in that range then you worry less about the rankings and spend more time understanding the strengths and unique resources offered by the schools you are considering. - Chris Aitken (Co-Founder - MBA Prep School)
