Undergrad: Math, Finance, Econ @ small liberal arts college
GPA: 3.98/4.00
GMAT:680 (V36,Q47,AWA5.5)
Age: 27, Female

Work Experience: Healthcare Actuary for a large consulting firm; Plan to return post-MBA

Extra Curriculars in School: Tons- Student government, honor society president, school leadership programs, sorority, community service

Current Extra Curriculars: National Director of a not-for-profit; Active in Church leadership, Numerous firm leadership initiatives, marathon/triathlon competitor

Top Schools: Kellogg and Booth

Thoughts? Do I stand a chance at either of these? Any suggestions for other schools before R2 apps are due?

Your GMAT is a concern, but it's one of those things where since your GPA is so strong and you work in a quant/analytical role (actuary), there's a better chance the Booth and Kellogg adcoms will overlook your GMAT especially when it's not so out of range - it's just right on the margins (right now, it seems like it needs to be 700+ for it not to be a handicap).

Beyond that, you're a solid candidate for schools like Booth and Kellogg. Just do the best you can on the written applications, and you should have a reasonable shot.
