I am studying off of the pdf tests that GMAT sells. Does anyone know if their answer keys are ever incorrect.

You're talking about the retired paper tests? No, they are never incorrect. If I recall, if any errors came up when the exam was given, they would note in the scoring section that certain questions were thrown out of the scoring.
