Any chance to get into a Phd in Finance with GMAT 620? [#permalink]

Hello:

Can anyone please tell me whether there is any chance to get admission to any Canadina PhD in Finance with GMAT 620 (V30, Q45, AWA 5.5)? My undergrad GPA is 3.85 and masters GPA is 3.80, ielts 7.5. I was going through the website of Carleton, Concordia, HEC Montreal, Simon Fraser university etc. Is there any chance?
