There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
A and E are the best. A tries to provide 2 independent clauses..that's wrong in this context.
go with E
is there appropriate closure in E
is it ok to end a sentence with demonstrates
If we were to use A, we should have used two independent sentences.
..sports should not be fiscal disaster. The financial.....demonstrates this fact. ..If this were be the case, I would have chose A.
E is the continous sentence that helps explaining the opening sentence.
Is it just me or is the first part of the sentence "Sporting events" being compared to " financial success..." and what not?
The only choice I see that makes and sense to me is B) Olympics is an example of an INternational Sporting event that is financially sucessful.
I would not as D) Praet..., purely because "...a fact demonstrated by 1992 Olympic games..." implies that they were financially successful. To say "...which were financially successful" is redundant.
K, I know everyone disagrees with me, but whats the Official answer here?
