Could you give me one more lil feedback - I do have strong industry experience with organizations like Shell and Nokia in sales & marketing in managerial position. However, I donot have any international work exposure. Having said that, I've travelled in over 8 countries (out of curiosity to see the world and with trade partners)... Do you think I would stand a chance (assuming I manage to write decent essays) at IMD ? Need to take some tough calls due to the not so ideal deadlines schedule for various schools !! Pls help !

Ravdoc, Hard to say but having worked in multinationals like Nokia is definitely not a minus. Hopefully, you worked with other nationalities during this time? I would emphasize this and maybe develop an essay around learnings from it. Would be a good fit for the leadership essay they probably request. You can definitely explain about your travels in one of the essays (there is a free-style one at the end) - but be careful: if you were just staying at the all inclusive hotel and only interacted with the waiter to order more ice cream it may not look so great  Hope this helps...
