Schools will not immediately disqualify your applications, but you will have to address several points in your application. First, you will need to address your low undergraduate GPA. It is important that you are honest, that you do not make excuses, and that you show how you have grown.

I do not know enough about your background to discuss your chances, but these points above will need to be addressed for your candidacy to be competitive for those MBA programs.
