There was no interview.

Apparently, I made it to the short list on finance, but did not make the final cut. The head of the accounting program saw my file and decided to make me an offer.

It's not the offer I most wanted, but it is something. I'm just hoping to get some finance offers as well.

A post on another forum reports that Stanford has also made their Finance offers.
Disappointing.

Nothing to be disappointed about.

The chances of getting into Stanford are vitually zero - It's the hardest program to get into.

Be patient and wait for other offers - I'm doing it too.

It's an amazing offer. If you got an offer from Stanford, you'll probably get a few more.
