Can somebody tell me how I can access Manhattan tests for a price lower than 39$? Please disregard buying one of its books. Other ways please. tnx

I just found a way. It may help you, too, so I'm sharing it here. The 8 series and also the companion come with the code to the 6 CATs. God bless Manhattan. It really is helping us, men! One book and 6 CATs for 10$? It's so cheap

These are a series consisting of 8 books by Manhattan: 5 quant and 3 verbal. Note that you can access the CATs by buying even ONE of them. NO NEED to buy all.
Also, you can get access to CATs by buying Offical Guide Companion. Buying the Kindle version minimizes the costs:
