Anyone has applied or planned to apply any MS Acc program for class of fall 2008?

I plan to apply to one uni soon, but haven't started done any application yet.

One question
If due date is around 1 Feb 2008, when should I apply?

simple,as soon as possible but without sacrifising quality of ur application

wat u guys say?
am too looking to apply in jan starting

I applied and was accepted to USC, GWU and W&M for fall 2008
