Anyone on Yale WL get accepted/dinged? [#permalink] New post 01 Apr 2008, 07:03
Wondering if any other Yale WL'ers heard back from the school on either admits or dings. I know they are starting to look at the WL more extensively now that R3 deadline is done with.

Personally, Yale is my 1st choice so I'm still holding out hope before I accept my at Gtown.

Hi,
Am an R2 applicant, and havent heard back on anything yet. Not even an interview invite.
Someone on BW forum got interview 3 days back (yes, on a Saturday!!!)
Pragmatism compels me to give up any hope, but alas! human mind is designed specifically to overwhelm logic and reasoning!!

Don't give up hope. i app'ed R1 and didn't hear back on interview invite till 3 days before their notification deadline. but considering i'm still in admissions "purgatory", not sure if they were already thinking of WL'ing me to begin with.

Hope springs eternal, but boy does it take you for a ride!
