Hey guys, a little new here to the whole GMAT/MBA deal.

What I was looking for some help on was the application timeline. I am looking to get into a full time program starting in September 2007.

So, given that, when should I have completed my GMAT by ? The same question for application letters, reference letters, transcripts, etc ?

Thanks for any replies.

Cheers !

GMAT by October 2006 (& TOEFL too, if applicable).
Transcripts / Reco letters by October 2006

This is the early timeline.
You can submit apps for R1 by beginning of November 2006.

Try to complete you GMAT as soon as you can ace it. But there is more to getting ready to apply than just taking the GMAT.

There are a few tips in this blog post from last year. I am also planning a teleseminar on preparations for those who want to join the class of 09. I'll announce it here when I am ready to do so.

If you want more in-depth suggestions, please see Best Practices for MBA Admission, an ebook.
