Do you have any research experience?
Regarding the admission chances of the listed schools: It is hard to say, your profile looks good but you will competing with people that are excellent students and more than likely have a great deal of math. That is, from what I have heard (read), most students in top programs have the full calculus steam (up to vector calc) real analysis 1&2, ODE's and PDE's and calculus based probability. If you don't have an exstensive math background keep that in mind.
You may want to try to get some saftey schools in your list as the way I see it UNC is your safest school and, well it is a pretty darn good school.
Have you contacted UNC and found out any info on admission statistics and their usual admitted student profile?

Finance programs are extremely competitive (I would say they are by far the most popular of all of the Business PhD programs). Your statistics look good but you are going to be competing against a group of students who also have great stats. Hopefully you have great recommendations and a killer SOP. If that is the case, you have as good a chance as anyone else.
Best of luck!
