Hi! Thank you for your time in advance!

I'm 24/asian/female.

Undergrad: graduated in 2009 from a top 3 ivy league university. major in economics with honors. (3.6gpa)
Extracurriculars: VP and founding member of an organization to help other women in business; dance team for basketball games

GMAT: 750

Work: a little less than 2 years at a bulge bracket investment bank in coverage banking. left recently to join a heavily-funded startup that is expanding rapidly.
Extracurriculars: junior board of an education nonprofit

Dream schools: Stanford, Harvard, Wharton and Sloan (in that order)

I understand that this is very little information; I would love to chat more over the phone with more details.

Your academics and GMAT are strong – I definitely think all the programs you mention are in play. As you anticipated, it will come down to the quality of your work and extracurricular experience – I’d love to learn more! Both areas sound promising for you – from what you’ve written – but it really depends on whether you have demonstrated leadership, driven results, and shown initiative.

Moreover, what are your post-MBA goals? The more you can connect your future path with your past and present and demonstrate a need for an MBA, the stronger your candidacy will be!
