I agree that you have a profile that will stand out. Challenges for being a contender in the top-10 will be your GPA, which isn't bad but is at the lower end of the top-10 range. They will be paying particular attention to your quant GMAT and how well you did in the more analytical courses in your Business Minor.
Regarding your entrepreneurial experience, being able to share management and leadership skills will be key. Highlighting abilities to lead a team and develop creative strategic solutions are of interest. Some entrepreneurs have plenty of examples others struggle. If anything given the buzz you've generated for your venture you must have excellent PR skills.
Another hurdle entrepreneurs like you sometimes face is who will write the recs when you're the boss?
