I answered this question incorrectly when working through the sample questions and did not understand the explanation provided in the OG. Could you guys please offer alternate explanations? Here's the problem statement.

Are all of the numbers in a certain list of 15 numbers equal?

(1) The sum of all numberes in the list is 60.
(2) The sum of any 3 numbers in the list is 12.

(1) is insufficient
4 * 15 = 60

Another set -> -30, 30, and go on till pairs of 14 negative numbers, last # 60

(2) If sum of any 3 # = 12, all # are equal

3x = 12

x = 4, sufficient.

Answer - B
