I took my gmat in sept 2006, and got a 6.0 on the awa which was 95 percentile in my official score report. I just ordered a score report to be sent to a school and got a copy to myself and now it says my 6.0 is 89 percentile. Are percentiles constantly adjusted? I ask because the school apps ask for percentiles, and I'm not sure what to put now.

Yes, the percentiles are constantly adjusted. The most notable recent change has been that the 99th percentile now beings at 760 where less than a year ago 750 would get you 99%.

The schools know this though, so you can put whatever is indicated in your printed report (official preferably).

Hmm, I just got a 6 on my AWA about a month ago, and it was 95th percentile then. Interesting.
