C?

1) p-q is greater than n. p=5, q=1 then p-q=4. if n=1/2. yes. if n= 3, no. insuff

2) we know that q>p, but nothing abt n. insuff.

together , the diff p-q is -ve. and if some -ve value > n, -----------> both p and q are +ve , bcos they are positive and hence have to be greater.

but GMAT prep sets some classic traps. what is it this time??
some body reveal it and prove my ans wrong....
