Are the scores for GMAT Club Verbal Tests Accurate?

Are the scores for GMAT Club Verbal Tests Accurate? [#permalink] New post 08 Oct 2012, 20:02

Question Stats:

0% (00:00) correct 0% (00:00) wrong based on 0 sessions
I took 3 Verbal Tests and received the following stats


1st: Valid answers: 25 / 41 Session score: 92% / V40 Average answer: 2 min 7 sec
2nd: Valid answers: 32 / 41 Session score: 99% / V51 Average answer: 1 min 43 sec
3rd: Valid answers: 29 / 41 Session score: 99% / V47 Average answer: 1 min 49 sec

How are the verbal scores computed? I'm missing a lot of questions yet the test scores are somehow higher than expected. Has anyone found the GMAT Verbal Test scores to be reliably comparable to their real GMAT verbal scores? The GMATClub scores seem exaggerated.

The verbal tests are not as hard/tough as the qauant ones. For the verbal ones I would recommend using GMAT prep as your best measuring stick.

2nd: Valid answers: 29 / 41 Session score: 99% / V47

I've received the above listed scores and figured out that something is missing. Verbal Score is definitely inflated.
