I found this on Internet with OA but no explanations...

I chose A on this one because I thought that the argument raised was about an out-of-town business syndicate and I assimilated it to a certain form of business...however it seems this was a premise and not the argument itself.

Anyway, the OA is D

A,C, D,E don't refute the argument :Did you know that the Daily Bugle is owned by an out-of-town business syndicate that couldn’t care less about the people of Gotham City?Read the Daily Clarion, the only real voice of the people of Gotham City!
B refutes it

D is a little hard to accept. The argument is that a newspaper is a voice of the people when it reports local news. If Clarion devotes more pages to our of town news, then it can't be a voice of the Gotham people. I still think B is correct.

i guess its B
here's my explaination against D, Daily Bugle is owned by an out-of-town business syndicate that couldn’t care less about the people of Gotham City?
THIS MEANS THAT IF OWNERSHIP IS OF TOWN THEN ONLY THE NEWSPAPER IS WORTHY!
D just talks about the working people, who'll probably do what the owner says!

I agree with the OA.

Claim: Daily Bugle is not the real voice of people of Gotham City because its owner doesn't live in the city.

D says Daily Bugle's main editor and all the other members of the editorial staff for this paper lives in the city and have lived in the city for years. Therefore the paper IS the real voice of people in this city.

I thought B was right before I read D too. However B raises a different standard for what is considered the real voice of people, instead of directly refuting the claim in the stem.
