D is the answer as editor and all the other members of newspaper stay in this city form past 10 years who create news. It doesnt really matter if owner of the paper is out of town.

B for me because less pages are devoted to Gotham city so directly refutes the argument.
Other options are either not related or indirectly refute the argument

B Can't be the answer for the following reasons:
1. The argument discussion focuses on Gotham city. Not out-of-town. 2. More pages does nt necessarily mean wider or more in-depth coverage.
B is not refuting the above argument in anyway. On the other hand if we go for D, though Daily Bugle is owned by out-of-town syndicate, the people who actually work for the paper including editor-in-chief worked in Gotham city for long enough to know as much about Gotham city as any other person from city.
(C) Nearly 40 percent of the readers of the Daily Clarion reside outside the limits of Gotham City. Well staying in the town for ten years may mean that the editor-in-chief and other members know much about the Gotham city. But does it necessarily mean that they make proper coverage of the town. Is newspaper all about indepth analysis or has it to do with the coverage as well.
OA please
