I narrowed it down to B and D because they are in the active voice. Then I choose D because I didn't think "or" was correct.

(When is it due?) In A 'it' is ambiguous. In C,E maybe you are right: 'its' is not worse than 'with'.

I think one can eliminate C due to the presence of the semi colon. There should be a comma instead.
