As contrasted with the Yeti, Bigfoot is a mythical monster that dwells in North America and, supposedly, has enormous feet.
A. As contrasted with the Yeti B. Unlike the Yeti C. In contrast to the Yeti D. Unlike the dwelling of Yeti E. As contrasted as the Yeti

options A & B are the same I think either A or B will be-- Like Yeti Answer should be the option with Unlike Yeti

To add to the woes, what is wrong with 'in contrast to' in C ? It is a well accepted idiom in GMAT.

IMO C - the GMAT does not draw a distinction between "in contrast to" and "in contrast with".Whats the OA and the source?

The answer is B to this question .There is a similar question in OG or may be the same one to ,nut i exactly dont remember .But Unlike is the most concise one .Hence B

B is the answer. A and B are the same but B is more precise so that is the right answer.

As contrasted with ... - is NOT a valid idiom in GMAT. B is correct. Btw, C also has perfect construction. In contrast to - is a valid and acceptable idiom in GMAT. Cheers!
